The head is turned sideways, to give the impression that she is “looking back” when being fucked doggie style. This doll is obviously intended for doggie style use, and I was easily able to enter both the vaginal and anal openings using the doll in both the doggie style position and in the seated “girl on top” position. I was only able to enter the vagina from the front with difficulty. Also, I had no problems filling the breasts with water — but it is important to fill the breasts with water before filling the doll with air.
